Cancellation Policy

1. Service Description Miramar Services’ package pickup service is completely free and designed to provide convenience to our customers. We pick up your package directly from the address you provide, whether it is your home, office, or any other location within our service area. 2. Service Coverage This service is only available within the United States in the areas listed on our website. To verify whether your location is covered, you may check the “Service Areas” section or contact our customer support team. 3. Service Booking Pickup requests must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. You can book this service through our online form by selecting your preferred time slot and providing the package details. 4. Cancellations and Changes Although the service is free, in order to ensure proper organization and responsible use, the following policies apply: * Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance: No issues or penalties apply. * Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance or no-shows at the time of pickup: If this occurs more than once, Miramar Services reserves the right to restrict access to the free pickup service for future requests. 5. Package Conditions All packages must be properly packed and labeled. Our staff reserves the right to refuse any package that is poorly sealed, damaged, or contains prohibited materials. 6. Liability Once a package has been collected, Miramar Services is committed to transporting it safely to its next transit point. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging or incomplete information provided by the customer. 7. Operating Hours Pickups will be carried out within the selected time slots during the booking process, subject to our logistical availability. In case of any changes, our team will contact you. 8.
