Online Shopping with Personalized Assistance Service Policy

1. Service Description

Miramar Services’ Online Shopping with Personalized Assistance service allows customers to purchase products from e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Temu, and others with the support of a dedicated representative who guides the entire purchasing process in real time.

The purpose of this service is to simplify the online shopping experience while ensuring that customers receive exactly the products they want, with complete transparency regarding pricing, product details, and purchase conditions before the transaction is finalized.
 

2. Purchase Process and Customer Approval

All purchases are made exclusively with the customer’s final approval during the call with the representative.

Customers may:

  • Use their own account on the selected shopping platform, granting the company temporary access during the purchase process, or

  • Request that the purchase be completed through an account managed by Miramar Services, with the customer’s explicit authorization.

In both cases, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving products, quantities, variations, and the final order total before confirmation.
 

3. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellations are permitted without penalty only during the active call, before the purchase has been processed.

  • Once the call has ended and Miramar Services has completed the purchase, cancellations or modifications will no longer be accepted.

  • In exceptional circumstances where a cancellation request is made after the purchase has already been processed, a 30% cancellation fee of the total order value may apply, in addition to any non-recoverable charges already incurred through third parties.
     

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the service and the immediate execution of purchases, refunds are not available once an order has been confirmed and processed, regardless of changes in the customer’s decision.
 

5. Restricted or Prohibited Products

Miramar Services does not process purchases or shipments involving the following:

  • Firearms, ammunition, or related accessories

  • Illegal, hazardous, or controlled substances

  • Drugs or narcotics of any kind

  • Explosive or flammable materials

  • Counterfeit or illegally obtained products

  • Products prohibited by U.S. or Cuban customs regulations

  • Live animals or restricted perishable products

  • Any other products prohibited by federal or international laws

We reserve the right to reject any purchase request that does not comply with these conditions.
 

6. Use of Customer Accounts and Authorization

When customers choose to use their own shopping account, they authorize Miramar Services to have temporary full access and control of the account solely for the duration of the purchasing process.

When a company-managed account is used, customers provide explicit authorization for the purchase to be completed according to their direct approval during the call.
 

7. Payment Methods and Conditions

Miramar Services accepts the following payment methods:

  • Zelle

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Bank Transfers

  • PayPal

  • Cash payments in Cuba(USD only)

Payment Terms

  • For electronic payments (Zelle, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal), payment must be completed during the call with the representative, before finalizing the purchase process.

  • For cash payments in Cuba:

    • If the total purchase amount is greater than $300 USD, the customer must provide a 35% deposit after the purchase is completed and before the products are shipped.

    • If the total purchase amount is $300 USD or less, payment is due in full upon delivery in Cuba.

    • Cash payments are accepted only in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Cash collection will only be carried out by an authorized company representative, who will properly identify themselves and provide:

    • Purchase documentation/receipt

    • The unique order identification number previously given to the customer

These procedures are implemented to enhance customer security and help prevent fraud.
 

8. Shipping and Liability

Miramar Services acts as an intermediary for purchasing and shipping logistics. Products will be shipped in the original packaging provided by the supplier.

The company is not responsible for errors, defects, delays, damages, or issues attributable to third-party suppliers or shopping platforms (including Amazon, Temu, or other retailers).

However, in exceptional situations and whenever reasonably possible, the company may assist customers in submitting claims or communicating with the original supplier.
 

9. Acceptance of Terms

By using this service, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions described in this policy, including purchase conditions, payment terms, and limitations of liability.
